Yoga by Candlelight
Enjoy a Hot Flow class at the Ottawa Athletic Club by candlelight Saturday, February 16, at noon. Talk about a treat—and the perfect way to unwind and bring balance to your busy life. Lead by Stéphane Ippersiel, this class is designed to open your body and mind to a greater state of ease and calm. All levels are welcome. The bonus? A complimentary yoga mat will be given to the first 20 registrants. Kids Bust a Move Camp
Family Day is just around the corner, so get your kids geared up and ready to bust a move! The Ottawa Athletic Club is offering a full day of camp, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. It’s $40 for members and $50 for non-members, with all funds going to Bust a Move. All parents will receive a charitable tax donation receipt and before and after care are also available. Register at the welcome desk (613-523-1540).
