Are you curious about cooking with the Instant Pot, the Ottawa-invented multi-cooker everyone seems to be talking about these days? Then join us at the Ottawa Public Library for an Instant Pot 101 session, part of our food literacy programming.

The Instant Pot is an electric pressure cooker that has become wildly popular with home cooks and chefs. We will take the mystery out of this time-saving kitchen tool with seven (7) live demonstrations given by Instant Pot chefs, followed by an audience Q&A:
