Planning to invite people for a barbecue? Unless it’s the Little League team (avec siblings), skip the burgers and dogs. Treat your guests and yourself to this irresistible salmon that’s a cinch to prepare and always a hit.
4 pieces of salmon
2 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/4 tsp pepper
Whisk together everything but salmon.
Place salmon on a double thickness of heavy foil and brush with half of mixture.
Fold the foil over the salmon and seal.
Grill salmon on medium heat for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Uncover and brush with remaining glaze.
Continue cooking about five minutes, until fish flakes easily with fork.
