Have you done the ‘Lude yet? Enjoy the best of winter right now, folks, at the 37th edition of Winterlude. There’s a snowload of fun to be had outdoors across Ottawa and Gatineau during this annual event that runs through Family Day, February 16.
Festivities are centred in three locations:
- The Crystal Garden, in Confederation Park is where you’ll find dazzling ice sculptures.
- The Snowflake Kingdom, in Jacques-Cartier Park, is a play zone that’s full of snow slides and other fun activities.
- The Rideau Canal Skateway is a fabulous place to go for a skate or a stroll. And you definitely want to have a treat or two, such as a beavertail or a pancake.
There are also tons of Winterlude events and activities happening other locations around town and beyond. Check them out!
For the complete lineup of events, see the official Winterlude website.
