1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 jar 8 oz. (227 g) marshmallow cream, room temperature
1 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups strawberries, halved. (You can use other fruit, if you wish.)
½ cup strawberry or raspberry jam (optional)
Mint leaves (optional)
Using electric mixer (or arm muscles) beat cream cheese, marshmallow cream and vanilla until blended. Spread evenly on top of the cooled crust. Arrange the strawberries on top. If you wish, you can glaze the fruit with the jam. Refrigerate until ready to eat. To serve, garnish with mint leaves and slice in wedges.
