Gluten Free Utopia

Do you or somebody in your family need to live a gluten-free lifestyle? Then you don’t want to miss Gluten Free Utopia. Slated for Saturday, April 5, at the National Library and Archives, 395 Wellington Street, it will showcase more than 50 regional vendors specializing in all things gluten-free.

You can check out great products, get answers from people with lots of experience and know-how and also meet new people who are on the same health and lifestyle journey.
Where can you get the best selection when grocery shopping? What area restaurants serve gluten-free cuisine? How can you achieve a healthy, balanced diet? Find out. There are many resources, businesses, and services that can benefit the gluten-free community right in the Ottawa Valley and you’ll discover them at Gluten Free Utopia. The show runs from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., admission is $8 and free for kids aged 12 and under, and the first 500 visitors will receive gluten-free goodie bags.
