From Pre-School to Professional Levels, the Linda Jamieson School of Dance is committed to the development of confident, skilled and successful young dancers.  It is a most respected training institution where highly qualified and experienced teachers seek to motivate and inspire a passion for dance in each and every student whether in the Pre School, Young Dancer, Recreational, Pre Professional, or Professional Programs.

The Linda Jamieson School of Dance provides a safe and caring support system for each student, and encourages the development of the focus, work ethic and self discipline necessary for each child to be successful in all aspects of their lives.

The professional level of training has resulted in exceptional examination marks, and it has resulted in many of our students winning International Titles, Scholarships and Awards.  The level of excellence is also evident in our Classical Ballet Productions:  The Nutcracker, Giselle, Coppelia, and Swan Lake as well as the School’s Annual Year End Recital.

Our Guest Teacher and Summer Dance Programs are rated among the best in Canada and the United Stated. Guest teachers include Professional Dancers from Contemporary Companies and schools such as Alvin Ailey in New York City, The Royal Ballet Company, London England, Broadway Dance Centre New York City, and members of the “Jump” Convention which travels across the United States and Canada.

Our Graduates have gone on to dance with world renowned companies such as The Royal Ballet Company, London England.  Others have danced on Broadway in such Musicals as “Cats”, “Crazy For You”, “Kiss Me Kate”, and in the European Tour of “42nd Street”.  Others have danced with Royal Caribbean, Celebrity, and Norwegian Cruise Lines.  Still others have gone on to dance with The National Ballet of Canada, and The Royal Winnipeg Ballet Company.
