I started this blog to share my passion about health, food and fitness.  I think that health and fitness should be a priority for everyone, not an afterthought or something you “squeeze into” your day. Your health and fitness is directly related to your happiness and if mom is happy, everyone is happy!  I believe that as mothers, it is important that we are good role models for their children, our spouses, our family and our friends and prove that women are the most beautiful when they are healthy and strong.
