Happy Wine Friday Folks! I know many of you are all excited about Super Bowl 50 and have I got the wine for you!
Here are five reasons why Errazuriz Max Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon is our #wineoftheweek
LCBO #335174 | $19.05
1 – As always, I seek out value for quality, and this Chilean gem stunningly fits the bill! This wine is crafted from selected Errazuriz Max Vineyards in the Aconcagua Valley just north of Santiago and east of Valparaiso Chile. This region is primarily known for its Mediterranean climate, enjoying warm summers, cool nights, and a long enough growing season that produces bold well-balanced red wines from fully ripen red grape varietals like this Cabernet Sauvignon.
2 – This is a lovely full bodied and food friendly Chilean wine showing enticing notes of ripe red berries, dark chocolate, baking spice and a hint of anise. The palate shows a hint of off-dry sweetness from its ripe fruit concentration but it is well-balanced with mouthwatering acidity and a long finish.
3 – Looking for a bold Super Bowl party wine that will pair well with sliders, pulled pork, wings and chili? This is your wine!
4 – It’s got rave reviews! With an average score of 89 points, check out more reviews for yourself at http://www.nataliemaclean.com/wine-reviews/errazuriz-max-reserva-cabernet-sauvignon-2014/225133
5 – We get 12 bonus Air Miles until 27 Feb!
