Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge is an all-time favourite in my house. The best part is telling people it’s good for them!
Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
Ingredients
¾ cup coconut oil, melted
⅔ cup honey
¾ cup cocoa powder
½ cup all-natural peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla extract
½ tsp sea salt
Possible additions:
Raw cacao nibs
Pumpkin seeds
Unsweetened shredded coconut
Hemp seeds
Walnuts
Slivered almonds
Method
Melt the coconut oil in a large glass measuring cup. Once it’s melted, whisk in honey, cocoa
powder, peanut butter, vanilla and sea salt.
Pour the mixture into a parchment lined loaf pan and chill in the fridge for 1-2 hours or until completely set. Cut into squares, and store in the fridge or freezer.
